My historic Atlanta condominium is available in the quaint Virginia Highland neighborhood – for at least a year lease – while I am working on the West Coast.   My job has taken me to the Bay Area and I am looking for a responsible tenant or couple to occupy my home while I am gone.

This is my den.   Sofa and two big chairs.  TV and VCR.  Custom bookshelves with stereo, speakers and turntable and countless books…..  French doors open up to the living room. Private or opened, the shades and curtains can give you both.

This is the best room in the place, the front porch.  Dining, reading or even yoga…  this porch is usable year round with the outstanding Atlanta climate.
